We are currently on the lookout for a Technical Team Lead to join our office in Pella, Iowa!


As the Technical Team Lead you will be responsible for managing and motivating our Systems Engineers while maintaining a transparent and supportive environment where open communication and feedback are essential. Do you feel strongly about teamwork, knowledge sharing, and proper documentation? We do too.


You should be able to understand our customers’ needs and familiarize yourself with our product offerings and solutions stacks. To succeed in this role, you will need to be assertive, energetic, and unafraid of initiating change. Sharing ideas? Yes, please.


We are determined to hire someone with notable people management and technical experience. While rewarding, this job will also have many exciting challenges. Being a natural leader with inherent technical knowledge should not be one of them.
