ICE Technologies is looking to add two Systems Engineer II positions to our team. We are looking to fill in one role in the Pella, Iowa area, and another one near the Carroll, IA – Sioux City, IA – Omaha, NE triangle.


A Systems Engineer II on our team is responsible for performing daily operations related to network, server and desktop administration. You would be assisting with a wide variety of computer hardware and software at ICE headquarters and client sites.



  • Performs duties as outlined in ongoing services agreements

  • Designs, builds, researches, analyzes, configures, troubleshoots and maintains client networks and related devices

  • Participates in On-Call Support rotation

  • Maintains documentation related to services provided

  • Resourceful: the more healthcare IT knowledge and security training, the better

  • Detail-oriented: handling checklists, statements of work and help-desk tickets

  • Personable: excellent customer service and superb communication are key

  • Flexible: help the team and customers with any need


  • Technical certifications such as Server+, Network+, MCP or MCSA preferred

  • SQL experience is an advantage

  • Three or more years of information technology experience required
