IT Shared Services Model - What Is It and How Does It Work?

There’s a lot of pressure in healthcare on a healthy bottom line.  Reimbursements are changing, costs continue to move upward, technology requirements are getting more complex, seemingly by the minute.  It’s difficult to attract the right talent to many of the rural settings, and small to mid-size healthcare organizations are struggling to remain independent and stay true to their mission so they can continue to meet the needs of their patient population.

One option that can reduce the cost of technology,  while improving the delivery and support of technology is the Shared Services Model.

In this session, you will learn about the model and see some of the benefits this approach to IT can deliver.

Things you'll learn in this webinar recording:

    1. What is an IT Shared Services Model?  Are we a candidate for this approach?
    2. What are the benefits to this model?
    3. Are there some drawbacks to the model?  What are some of the issues to this approach?
    4. How will this affect my IT staff? My user community?
Who should watch the recording? Healthcare Leadership roles including CEO, CFO, COO, CNO, or CIO.
