If you have network or systems problems, ICE offers multi-level support both on- and off-site. Our experienced engineers provide useful information, advice, and assistance to quickly solve problems. When the problem has been resolved, we will analyze why it occurred so that it can be prevented in the future. Help Desk Our help desk is available by phone during business hours and available around the clock via pager. A qualified support engineer responds within minutes, if not immediately, and begins troubleshooting. We provide the expertise to allow you to fix your system, or, if we have installed remote access software on your system, we can access your network remotely to resolve your problems quickly. On-Site Response If the nature of your problems requires specialized on-site help, we dispatch a qualified Systems Engineer who provides you with a quick problem determination and resolution.
