We believe that quality must be designed and built into the service and product rather than just having procedures for testing and correcting. Our Quality Assurance Program is integrated with our solution delivery methods. This helps ensure that your final deliverable is produced on schedule, within the terms of the agreement, and is a product of the highest quality.
The following points highlight key aspects of our quality program:
- ICE dedicates full-time resources to the development and support of its project and practice services infrastructure. This group is responsible for building upon our methodologies to derive solution delivery processes unique to ICE.
- ICE is committed to quality delivery practices. Each project opportunity is reviewed to assess our ability to achieve success. This takes into account having the right resources available for the project as well as a determination of whether the technologies and consulting practices are within our core competencies. At the completion of every project engagement, all ICE project and management team members participate in a project debriefing process. The results of all debriefings are regularly analyzed and improvements are integrated back into the business processes and practices of the company.
- At the heart of ICE's project methodology is a disciplined approach to project management including adherence to project schedules, ongoing feedback to the project sponsor and scheduled meetings with the project steering committee.
