With AlwaysOn Hosting, ICE hosts on their equipment, manages and delivers your software from its secure data center facility over a secure connection. ICE assumes the reponsibility for purchasing all hardware necessary to run and maintain the data center. This frees your facility from incurring the expenses of in-house support and IT management resources.
The only upfront investment includes your application software, implementation, training and any on-site equipment required such as PCs and printers.
ICE monthly service fees covers the investment for hardware, proactive monitoring and management, support and upgrades, hosting of the software and data from ICE's secure data center, management of the computing infrastructure including network and servers, operating system and the application, backups, upgrades and help desk access.
All clinic data collected while working with ICE remains the property of the clinic. It is only being securely held by ICE in the data center.
ICE hosting services are backed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA), which includes:

- 7X24X365 monitoring, updating and ongoing management
- Technology product procurement services
- Reseller relationships to optimize support on selected vendor products
- Cross-trained support staff/helpdesk providing maintenance and support
