Our ICE IT-gurus are looking to add Systems Engineer II positions to our team in the Pella, IA area. The Systems Engineer II is responsible for executing IT projects and performing daily operations related to network, server and desktop administration. It’s necessary to have strong architectural and technical skills in OS, server and networking. You would be assisting with a wide variety of computer hardware and software at ICE headquarters and client sites.Responsibilities:
Performs duties as outlined in a project statement of work or ongoing services agreement
Designs, builds, researches, analyzes, configures, troubleshoots and maintains client networks and related devices
Participates in On-Call Support rotation
Maintains documentation related to services provided
Competent: quickly adapt to ICE best practices and new technologies
Skilled: multi-tasking, prioritizing, excelling in technology settings and administrative duties
Resourceful: the more healthcare IT knowledge, management experience and security training, the better
Dependable: we value hard work and honesty
Detail-oriented: checklists, statements of work and help-desk tickets galore
Personable: excellent customer service and superb communication are key
Flexible: help the team and customers with any need
Technical certifications such as Server+, Network+, MCP or MCSA preferred.
Three or more years of information technology experience recommended.
